After-School Program

Our after-school program ensures a non-threatening, non-competitive atmosphere that meets a school-aged child’s individual needs. Opportunities for accomplishment are abundant in this environment which include: computer technology center and quiet lab for homework assistance, teen prevention programs, community volunteer service, sports equipment for large motor activities, hobby are such as woodworking on occasions, arts and crafts, and cooking, Lego’s, games, and a healthy snack. Field trips and long-term projects are also available for this age group.

Bright Future will network and partner with the local school district and parents to identify student’s weaknesses and deficiencies; ultimately, developing programs to effectively help address these deficiencies. During the Summer, we’ll provide programs to reinforce the skills that students obtained during the school term and introduce other concepts that the students will be taught for the upcoming school year. Our goal is to help make certain that these students have the tools and resources needed to become effective learners and competitive within their learning environment. At Bright Future our policy is learning doesn’t stop over the summer, weekends, nor afternoons, it’s an ongoing process ;therefore, students will be provided with educational activities throughout the "entire" year. Every student must participate within all of the educational activities before indulging within any fun and exciting activities within the center- especially the game room.
